Few weeks ago we were approached to sponsor in an upcoming event held by The Youths of Darul Arqam (YODA). This wasn't the first time we received such requests but this is the first time we said "Yes" after much consideration. The reason being that the event is for educational purpose and not to mention it's non-profitable.
Despite our hectic schedule for the month of October, with all the unexpected orders, Art being away for almost a month and me with new projects in my day job, we managed to pull it off *phew* Truthfully, I need a rest..Anyway, here's a little write up of what the event is all about and if you keep scrolling down, you'll be able preview what we managed to come up with for the sponsorship program.
Once Upon a Theatre is a 1-day workshop organised by The Youths of Darul Arqam (YODA) for Youths from ages 15-25 years old. This workshop aims to increase awareness of Islamic values amongst youths, using Theatre as a platform, in hope that it will further facilitate and interest youths in Islam.
