First Dance
As the name goes, this concept depicts the first dance by the bride & groom on top of a well carpeted stairway.
The cupcakes used for this event was a rich
and soft chocolate cake decorated with heart shaped chocolate coated almond
shortbread.
The colour theme for this wedding event was Black & Gold. Since this is our first time doing such event, we had a hard time racking our brains for design, not only for the cupcakes but the structure. The first thing we decided was no to fondant or gum paste. I, personally don't fancy eating those though I do admit that they make nice decoration but
1. It's waaaaaaay too common
2. It's toooooo sweet
Buttercream swirls are out of the question too reason being, same as the above. We wanted to make something special, something unique because that's what T-Breakz is all about. After much research and trials, we succeeded in presenting a simple yet elegant design for the cupcakes and also the whole structure. We are glad that it was a success, everyone love the cupcakes and the whole decoration.
Thank God everything went smoothly with no major hiccups. Thank you very much to Kak Nisa & family for giving us this opportunity and trusting our work. Stage design & decorations are done by Esbibi Wedding Services - I highly recommend their food.
